Paulo is a qualified Psychodynamic and DIT Psychotherapist and Accredited Member of the BACP and Member of the UKCP.

Paulo is particularly interested in issues related to forming and sustaining relationships, depression, anxiety, loss and bereavement, sexuality and sexual identity, low self esteem, ageing and old age, and exclusion. Paulo is also interest in clients whose English is their second language.  

Paulo works weekly in London and also practices in Hove, offering therapy in English and Portuguese, long term and time limited.He can be contacted at
