You can submit an enquiry by emailing us on or if you prefer by phone and we will contact you to make an initial appointment.

We will email you to offer an initial consultation with an experienced therapist.

Our online initial consultation is a 60 minute session in which a trained therapist will discuss what is bringing you to therapy and discuss potential options.

Fees are negotiable and paid to each individual therapist. We aim to provide accessibly-priced therapy. Before beginning any treatment we always outline the recommended therapy approach, the proposed number of sessions (if short-term work) and the cost of your therapy. There are some reduced fee sessions available. If you think you qualify for a reduced fee, please contact us.

What you choose to tell us will be heard in confidence. You will be free to talk safely and without fear of rejection, judgement or blame. No information will be disclosed to anyone outside LAPC without your written permission.

When you contact us, we will connect you with either one of the practice directors or one of our associate therapists or clinical psychologists with your consent. All our associates are independent therapists or clinical psychologists registered with one of the following bodies HCPC, UKCP, BPS, BPC and/or BACP and subject to the ethical standards of their respective organisations. They are not employees of the LAPC.
