Integrative Psychotherapist


I am an integrative psychotherapist drawing on different but complementary theories and techniques, as well as the latest psychotherapy research, to help you experience a greater sense of balance, ease and security in your self and your relationships.


I am particularly sensitive to the role that shame can play in mental suffering and the barrier it poses to self-understanding and emotional growth. My approach involves sensitively working through shame to support self-acceptance, growing your courage to change what you can change, and to mourn what you cannot.


In addition to my work with individuals, I offer therapy to couples seeking to develop greater emotional intimacy, challenge unhelpful patterns, and communicate more compassionately.
