MARGHERITTA CASTELLANI
I am an experienced Italian psychodynamic psychotherapist and group analyst. My approach is friendly and empathic. I believe that the quality of our relationships is crucial to mental health and am committed to the development of a trusting relationship with my clients. My aim is that you feel safe in our sessions, so that we can begin to explore together what might feel scary or shameful to you.
I have trained at the Tavistock Clinic and at the Institute of Group Analysis and worked in a variety of settings, including the NHS, the Tavistock Clinic, Kids Company, Northgate Clinic and Wormwood Scrubs Prison. More recently I have trained as an EMDR therapist.
Member of the UKCP, the IGA and the EMDR association
I offer sessions both in Italian and in English
