Integrative Therapist
I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist in training, offering a warm, collaborative space to explore whatever feels difficult. You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low, or stuck in patterns that don’t make sense - together, we can begin to understand where these feelings come from and what they may be trying to tell you.
My approach is integrative, drawing on different approaches such as relational psychodynamic, gestalt and attachment. I believe that meaningful change happens through a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, respectful and attuned. We may reflect on how past experiences shape your present, explore emotional and relational patterns, or listen to what your body might be holding.
I work with a range of issues including anxiety, relationship challenges, life changes, identity, trauma, grief and low self-esteem. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years in organisational psychology and senior HR leadership roles. This gives me a real understanding of how demanding it can be to navigate both personal and professional pressures - and how it may get in the way of being the person you want to be.
Alongside private practice, I’ve worked in university and charity settings as a counsellor and volunteered for over 15 years on a national helpline. I am currently completing an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute and receive regular clinical supervision in line with UKCP guidelines.
