WELCOME
Seeking therapy is a valuable way you can take care of your wellbeing. We are an experienced group of fully accredited psychotherapists providing therapy to people from all walks of life with a wide range of psychological concerns. Our practice is open virtually and in person. We're located close to Victoria in the heart of Belgravia at 12A Eccleston Street, London, SW1W 9TL.
ABOUT US
If you encounter anxiety, have experienced a traumatic event, have low mood or feel uncertain about the direction your life is taking, speaking to a psychotherapist is one of the options you may like to consider. Our therapists can offer you a private and confidential space to talk about problems, tell your story and explore thoughts and feelings in an objective way. Some of what you bring may be straightforward or at times complex.
All therapies we offer can build space internally and help growth, reflection and may build resilience. We think it is important to take psychological health seriously in all its diversity. We offer therapy designed to embrace the ways we live now. You may benefit from a set number of sessions or an open-ended approach. These options will be discussed during your initial consultation. Our approach generally enables people to become more at home within themselves over time.

OPENING HOURS
We are open seven days a week throughout the year except public holidays.
Appointments are available from 7am to 10pm. Our therapists are available online.
